Name of horse and exhibitor, rider MUST be included on entry form.
Judging will commence at 8.30 am sharp. Classes will not be held up for any reason.
In line with the South West Group of Affiliated Agricultural Society’s resolution, all competitors and
exhibitors must pay at entrance gate.
All horses in each section must be registered with their respective Breed Societies.
Partbreds are not permitted to enter Purebred or Stud Book Classes.
Certificates of Registration must be made available on request.
Where applicable all exhibitors should be financial members of their respective Breed Societies.
Breeding Year to be calculated from August 1st of each year.
Society may change order of judging at their discretion.
Exhibitors entered in more than one section must elect in which class they will compete.
English Ridden, Western Ridden and A.S.H. Ridden will be run concurrently.
PROTESTS: Must be lodged in writing within 10 minutes of the completion of the event
accompanied by a fee of $50 which will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
Please Note: Any Breed with less than five (5) entries may have classes reduced at next year’s Show.
