Exhibits accepted between 8:00am – 11:00am, Friday April 5, 2013 at Recreation Centre
Trophies presented at 3:30pm Saturday April 6, 2013.
Exhibits to be removed between 4.00pm and 4.30pm, Saturday
Exhibitor restricted to two entries per class
Exhibit to be completed in last two years
Entry card must be affixed to the front of each exhibit
Entries can be exhibited for two years unless a prize winner
Judging points for exhibitor:
- All work to be clean and neatly presented. Check for loose threads. Finishing off must be neat.
- Doylies, table centres, duchess sets should be mounted on card leaving one corner unattached to allow inspection of back of work.
- No name to be shown on work exhibited.
